Zusammenfassung
Mit Hilfe der neuen Methode der stabilen GFP-Transfektion von Tumorzellen und der Anwendung in der Intravitalen Fluoreszenzmikroskopie können somit Regulationsmechanismen der frühen Metastasierung und deren therapeutische Beeinflußbarkeit in vivo untersucht werden.
