Molekularbiologische/gentechnische Herstellung eines Fusionsproteins aus 2 humanen TNF-Rezeptorteilen des p75-Typs (Aminosäuresequenz 1–235: extrazellulärer Rezeptoranteil) mit einem 232 Aminosäuren langen humanen Fc-Teil des IgG1 in transfizierten CHO-Zellen: humanes Fusionsprotein mit einem Molekulargewicht (MG) von ca. 100.000.
