Abstract
This 22-year-old woman had been suffering from pain and swelling of the right heel for 3 months. On clinical examination the patient suffered from minor pain on palpation of the medial calcaneus. Movement in the subtalar joint was painful. At the time of the examination the standard blood tests were negative.
