Zusammenfassung

Die renalen Wirkungen des atrialen natriuretischen Faktors (ANF) sind trotz zahlreicher Untersuchungen in vivo und in vitro noch nicht geklärt. Die durch intrarenale Infusion von ANF ausgelöste Natriurese und Diurese wird von der Mehrzahl der Untersucher als ausschließliche oder überwiegende Folge der intrarenalen hämodynamischen Veränderungen angesehen (z.B. 2, 7, 31). Diese bestehen im wesentlichen in einer Zunahme der glomerulären Filtrationsrate (GFR), bedingt durch eine präglomeruläre Vasodilatation, und einer postglomerulären Vasokonstriktion (7, 21). Zusätzlich könnte ein medullärer Auswascheffekt zur diuretischen Wirkung beitragen (5). Andererseits wurden an der Niere in situ, an isolierten Tubuli und tubulären Zellen Effekte von ANF beobachtet, die eine direkte Beeinflussung der Natriumrückresorption in vivo wahrscheinlich machen (4, 26). In den wenigen Untersuchungen über den Einfluß von ANF auf die Reninsekretion wurde in verschiedenen Untersuchungssystemen entweder eine Abnahme (3, 22, 30), keine Änderung (1, 18, 23, 24) oder eine Stimulation (11, 15) beobachtet.
