Optimization Problems in a Queueing System with Breakdowns
Conference paper
Abstract
In Operations Research we generally use two main approaches to analyse the behavior of units or complex systems subject to failure:
- 1.
renewal theoretic approaches
- 2.
queueing theoretic approaches.
