Brushless DC Motor Speed Control System Based on Fuzzy PID Controller
Abstract
For the further optimization of Brushless DC motor control performance, it is necessary to design suitable controller and the optimization of the parameters of the controller, in the production process control field, the PID control is still by far the most common control method. It has the advantages of simple structure, clear physical meanings of parameters, good control effect and strong robustness. On the analysis of the mathematical model of brushless DC motor and the control method. We can use fuzzy PID controller in brushless dc motor control while use of fuzzy control principle of PID parameters adjustment online. Moreover on the basis of Fuzzy Toolbox of MATLAB in application and Simulink for brushless dc motor speed control system was simulated. Experimental results show that the fuzzy PID control has better static and dynamic performance, control accuracy also rises greatly compared with the traditional PID control.
