Abstract

Linear Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (LFM-CW) SAR is a newly proposed imaging radar system. It combines the technology of LFM-CW and SAR, with the advantages of small cubage, light weight, cost-effective and high resolution, etc. This paper mainly analyses the structure of LFM-SAR system, the theory of de-chirped signal and the process of Range Doppler Algorithm (RDA) in detail. At last, the simulation results prove that LFM-CW SAR has a good spatial resolution.
