Abstract

FCD-based dynamic traffic navigation system, which takes effective traffic management methods, is more and more popular in the world. This paper analyses techniques of a FCD-based dynamic traffic navigation system and presents the framework of the system. Then, the paper introduces its implementation. After that the prototype system is tested and found that the system can handle the large-scale floating car data quickly and effectively, and responds well to real-time traffic information.
