Case Study on the Construction of Software Engineering Major Based on TOC in Local College

Abstract
TOC is a method of continuously improving system. It can diagnose and eliminate the constraint conditions and succeed in realizing the goal of major construction. This paper has used a case study to describe the application of TOC to the construction of software engineering major in local college. Practice teaching was identified as the key constraint. And it had been disposed continuously and efficiently through sparing no effort to carry out a distinctive teaching model.
