Abstract

As a rule, the Slovenian Copyright and Related Rights Act (the Copyright Act or CA)1 does not, in terms of its effects, draw a distinction with regard to various work categories. The preconditions for qualifying as protected works are the same for all categories, including computer programs, original databases and industrial designs.
