Abstract

With the increasing aging population and small family structure occupying the mainstream, more and more families become empty nest. However family pension and institutional pension can not meet the current development of aging society, in order to meet the diverse needs of empty nesters, a three-dimensional empty nesters care system, which is combined with community cadres, neighbors, homemaking, volunteers, community hospitals, general hospitals and the governments at different levels, is proposed. Then the advices to implement the system are added.
