Zusammenfassung

Die Reifung der Magnetresonanz-Cholangiopankreatikographie (MRCP) in eine robuste, nichtinvasive Methode zur Darstellung der intra- und extrahepatischen Gallengänge hat dazu geführt, dass im klinischen Alltag häufig die diagnostische MRCP einer invasiven endoskopischen retrograden Cholangiopankreaticographie (ERCP) mit den bekannten Risiken und Komplikationen vorangestellt wird.
