Crystal structure of Ni-P (nickel-phosphorus) system

Abstract

This chapter provides the crystal structure and lattice parameter of Ni-P (nickel-phosphorus) system.

Phase Diagram

On the basis of thermodynamic data present in the literature, Shim et al. [99Shi] have calculated the phase diagram in the range up to 40 atom-% P. This diagram is in good agreement with experimental data found in the literature and also with the phase diagram published by [Landolt–Börnstein].

Crystal Structure

Data of structure of Ni-P intermediate phases are collected by [00Kuz] (see Table 1).
