Abstract

This chapter provides the enthalpy of formation of Nd-Pd (neodymium-palladium) system.

Thermodynamics

Results of high-temperature direct synthesis calorimetry have been used to calculate the standard enthalpies of formation of intermediate phases (Guo et al. [95Guo]). The values obtained at 1477 ± 2 K are given in Table 1.
