Design and Implementation of Intelligent Monitoring and Diagnosis System Based on WSN and MAS
Abstract
Based on wireless sensor network (WSN), the process monitoring of mechanical equipment has some advantages like arranged flexibly, adaptable, maintenance cost. On the other hand, based on multi-agent system (MAS) fault diagnosis method has distributed, adaptive, and many other advantages. Combined the WSN and MAS, a fault monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system is proposed. The faults of equipment can be analyzed and fixed rapidly as well as improved equipment maintenance efficiency. As a key content, according to the requirements of high sampling rate, high precision, high speed and large amount of data transmission of mechanical equipment condition monitoring, the corresponding sensor node platform is design. Finally, through the production process in certain coal cleaning plant application equipment monitoring, the system validity and practicability are proved.
