Substantial Development Strategy of Land Resource in Zhangjiakou

Abstract
Land resource is the foundation of the human beings’ survival and development, and as well as a kind of nonrenewable resource. So substantial development of land resource is very important. This paper analyses problems of the development of land resource in Zhangjiakou. Then we put forward some proposals such as classifying the land resource, improving land use efficiency etc.
