Research on Relationship between Knowledge Sharing and Team Performance in R&D Team

Abstract

This paper discusses the relationship between knowledge sharing and team performance in R&D team. We analyze the antecedents of knowledge sharing and its influence on group performance team performance. By using statistical tools such as SPSS and AMOS, we validate this relationship. The results which we showed in this paper are obtained. These results will be significant for management practice.
