Abstract
In the present paper describes a method to identify and quantify the pupil, using graphical programming by specialized software (Vision Builder AI V3.5, National Instruments) for image processing, which optimizes the analysis and obtain rapid and precise diameter, area and other variables that relate biodynamic pupil, based on images acquired by high-speed videoculography (VOG-AV).
