I15 Laparoscopic Duhamel Pull-Through Procedure

Abstract
Indication
All types of Hirschsprung disease can necessitate this procedure.
Equipment
For the laparoscopic Duhamel procedure 3mm short re-usable instruments are used in the younger child and 3- or 5mm instruments for older children.
For the side-to-side anastomosis a 45-mm endoscopic stapling devise is used.
