Abstract

Researchers have put forward a number of project risk factors in different levels or dimensions. However, they mostly focus on the assessment of a single factor’s effect on project performance, neglecting of the relationship between factors and risk factors’ impact on project result due to the relationships. Taking domestic construction projects as an example and using structural equation model, this study analyses the correlation between risk factors and risk factors’ effect on project success. This study intends to help project managers better understanding of domestic projects risk characteristics, and provide positive recommendations for project management effectively.
