Zusammenfassung
Intervenieren heißt, breit verstanden, eingreifen. Und zwar, das macht es im Bereich der Analyse internationaler Beziehungen zum Thema, in das, was als die ‚inneren Angelegenheiten‘ staatlich organisierter Gesellschaften bezeichnet wird. Dies ist nicht nur ein juristisches Problem, auch wenn in der Neuzeit die Staatlichkeit mit ihrem Anspruch darauf, dass von außen eben nicht interveniert werden soll, wesentlich rechtlich, völkerrechtlich, konstruiert wird.
