Analyzing the Pattern of Constitutional Democracy: The Anglo-American Experience

In the Anglo-American environment, the end of the Second World War did not determine particular difficulties and challenges with regard to the constitutional structures of the states. The victory against Nazi-Fascism was interpreted not only as a sign of military supremacy, but also as a confirmation of the political and institutional model rooted in that context.
