Legal, Regulatory, Reimbursement Issues Limiting Access to Care for Patients with Pain and Addiction
Patients with pain and addiction represent a challenge in their pain management. A multidisciplinary approach is needed to address both pain and addiction using the appropriate tools. There are several challenges as well in reimbursement for addiction treatment.
