Diagnostic Labels for Musculoskeletal Pain

Appropriate diagnosis of musculoskeletal pain involves a multifactorial approach that includes the history of the disease, a thorough physical evaluation, and using indicated diagnostic approaches. This comprehensive approach in conjunction with understanding the relevant epidemiological dispositions is instrumental in diagnosing the various etiologies of pain in musculoskeletal disorders.
