Archaeoastronomy Part I
It would have been quite a sight, lesson, and honor to observe those who first watched the heavens. For many of them, it was a nightly puzzle that heralded many questions. What are those points of light? Are they gods? Are they good or evil? They move ever so subtly, but do they communicate? Ancient civilizations and their earliest understanding of our Universe had a great impact on how later generations of astronomers across the globe interpreted what was seen in the night sky.
