In this work, we investigated pristine and polyethylenimine (PEI) functionalized graphene for NO2 gas sensing. The study involves the RAMAN and SEM characterizations to check the presence of few layer graphene in thin film. Kelvin Probe (KP) based contact potential difference (CPD) measurements were used to evaluate the charge transfer during adsorption/desorption of gas molecules. It has been observed that functionalization with PEI results better response, recovery, and repeatability of graphene based NO2 gas sensor.
