Abstract

The written report should be a concise summary addressing: 1. The reason for the examination; 2. Technical information about the procedure; 3. Specific image findings; and 4. The clinical significance of the findings. When appropriate, specific findings should be designated by arrows on selected images. The chapter provides sample templates that may be modified for use at each institution.
