Abstract

Julie is the executive manager of learning and development for a large bank. She is charged with the responsibility of revamping the bank’s approach to inducting customer service representatives (CSRs) in retail banking services. After looking at the high turnover rates and gathering information from the learning and development conversation across the company, she decided it was time to act.
