Abstract

Some of us have quite fixed views about how we see the world or how we think things should be. It’s fine to have opinions and views. But sometimes having our fixed views may lead us into a situation where we are dealing with others who do not share our views. This can lead to conflict and disagreement. This is not to say you shouldn’t be able to make up your own mind.
