Abstract

We are prepared now to study the wave processes both in the infinite space, which was already mentioned earlier (Sect. 3.7), and with an account of the interface presence of some media. We begin our consideration with the wave properties in the uniform infinite medium (Sect. 5.1). Plane waves are the simplest representatives of this class of waves (Sect. 5.1.1).
