Episcleral Buckling for Detachment Surgery with BIOM

The following chapter describes a novel method of episcleral buckling. The complete surgery is performed with a microscope and a viewing system. An indirect panophthalmoscope is not required. As usual the surgical management is demonstrated step-by-step.
