Figure 1 of the original version of the paper showed all arrows going into General Self Efficacy which is not what is referred to in the article. The corrected version of the figure shows an arrow from Technological Tools to General Self Efficacy and arrows from Message Alignment with a Goal, Experientially Rewarding Content, Social Connection, and Community Support to Feeling Empowered.
