Abstract

In this chapter we present the various neoplastic and non-neoplastic lesions that can be encountered in the cord and in the spinal canal. We have also described the imaging features that are useful in distinguishing these abnormalities from each other (Abul-Kasim et al., Neuroradiology 50:301–314, 2008).
