A Simulation Framework for IT Governance in the Context of Corporate Relocation

This research develops a varied set of techniques for making the right IT investment decisions in the context of an effective IT (Information Technology) governance. The progress of strategic governance objectives is managed with the help of the notions of gap and adjustment levers. A real-time decisional framework based on ROA (Real Options Analysis) is proposed to generate investment decisions in different configurations. This modeling approach stands out by simulating governance strategies in the conditions of the relocation. Thus, various scenarios are generated in both the current and new (post-relocation) environments via a Monte Carlo simulation.
