A New Data Forwarding Scheme for DTNs Based on Coalition Game

In this paper, we propose a new data forwarding scheme in this network DTN where all relay nodes take the decision of sending all bundles from the source to the destination. The nodes here cooperate to build groups called coalition, each constructed coalition counts both nodes that are infected (relay that meets at least once the destination) and nodes that are uninfected (never met the destination). Each relay that participates in the expedition of the message/data receive a reward under certain condition (if this relayed message is received with success). Finally, a distributed formation coalition algorithm is proposed and we search to find a state of stability of all relays such that no group of players have the incentive to leave structure a coalition (Nash-stable equilibrium). Numerical results show an acceptable performance of the proposed mechanism.
