Abstract
The majority of primary tumours arising in the chest wall are malignant. Therefore, in the absence of metastases, radical local resection may be indicated. A tissue diagnosis should be obtained and the target site for biopsy should be discussed with the surgeon so that the track can be excised during the resection.
