Abstract

This joint, where acute or overuse injury and arthritis are common, is examined for range of movement, swelling, and points of tenderness and pain. Rashes and nodules that tend to occur on the elbow are also covered. Here, detected abnormal movement may be an early clue of extrapyramidal disease.
