Abstract

Here are some insights provided by a practitioner with a rich mentoring expertise on what mentoring relationships used to be like in ancient India and what they are today. Citing live examples, he sheds light on the difference between good mentors and the ones who do not have the best interests of the mentee at heart, while dwelling on what is required of a mentor and what a mentee needs to give in return.
