Choosing a Study

  • Cara East
Chapter

Abstract

In choosing studies for the clinical research team, there are many considerations that can lead to success. Of course, studies are only offered for the most promising medications/devices/procedures. The second most important consideration will be to choose studies for which the team can recruit well. The talents and opportunities for the team and institution must then be evaluated. Finally, the studies to be chosen should expand team horizons and have the potential to change the world.
