Laparoscopic Liver Resection in Cirrhotic Patients

Abstract

Laparoscopic liver resection has been considered an advanced operation in the field of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. There are a lot of doubts and skepticism because even open liver resection alone is still considered a complex operation which requires a long period of training before a surgeon can master the skill.
