Finding User Need Patterns in the World of Complex Semantic Cultural Heritage Data
When developing systems for the semantic web of cultural heritage information, it is critical to also know the real needs of users. This study discusses the notion of users’ information needs and presents some patterns identified in a set of use cases. The aim of the study is to contribute in bridging the gap between experts’ and users’ conceptualization in order to have more efficient information retrieval system.
