Abstract

Right hepatic lobectomy is indicated for either a primary hepatic tumor or well-selected metastatic cancer localized to the right lobe of the liver. This chapter describes indications, essential steps, variations, and complications of this procedure. It provides a detailed template operative note for the procedure.
