Abstract
This chapter presents some of the many issues which have arisen in actual cases and were challenging to structure for analysis. The examples are illustrative and not exhaustive, and should be used as a starting point for creating the best structure for your case. In addition, we cover some of the key financial concepts for analyzing cases, such as dealing with cash flows over time and creating financial models for damages.
