Abstract
Breast-conserving therapy (BCT) is currently the mainstream treatment for stage I and stage II breast cancer. Two techniques are available for BCT: the conventional conservative method (CCM) and endoscopic surgery. Endoscopic surgery has the advantage of improving cosmetic outcome and early postoperative quality of life, and alleviating postoperative pain.
