Abstract

A 36-year-old woman presented with lower extremity edema and dyspnea on exertion (functional class II) of 2-year duration. She had given birth to five children and had mild symptoms during the pregnancies. Physical examination revealed a systolic ejection murmur in the pulmonic area.
