Patent Ductus Arteriosus Type B by Transthoracic and Transesophageal Echocardiography in a Young Woman

Abstract

A 31-year-old woman presented with dyspnea on exertion (functional class II). Physical examination revealed a systolic murmur at the second intercostal space. Electrocardiography was normal. Chest X-ray showed cardiomegaly and mild pulmonary congestion.
