Perimembranous Ventricular Septal Defect with No Rim to the Aortic Valve
A 17-year-old girl presented with dyspnea on exertion (functional class I) of 1-year duration. She was a known case of ventricular septal defect (VSD) since childhood. Physical examination revealed a holosystolic murmur at the apex and the left sternal border.
