Quadricuspid Aortic Valve and Severe Aortic Regurgitation with Mild Dilation of Ascending Aorta

Abstract

A 47-year-old woman presented with dyspnea on exertion (functional class III) of recent duration. Transthoracic echocardiography showed mild left ventricular dilation and a normal systolic function.
