Parachute Mitral Valve and Interrupted Aortic Arch

A 33-year-old man was referred to our echocardiography laboratory for the evaluation of hypertension. He was a known case of uncontrolled hypertension and an interrupted aortic arch. His leg pulses were weak (1+), and his arm pulses were 4+.
