Reflections on Corporate Ethical Leadership

Abstract
Corporate ethics in its various domains, such as, corporate social responsibility, macro and micro corporate ethics, with their specific code of ethical conduct in different industries and branches, such as, accounting, healthcare, financial industry, etc., seem to be all geared towards meeting a number of set goals. These goals are more often than not means to generally prevent illegal conduct and are motivated by reducing the cost of lawsuits.
